Personal Injury Claims

 

We conduct personal injury claims on a no win, no fee basis.

 

In connection with claims for compensation arising as a result of personal injury claims, where the claim is less than £5,000.00 in value, we charge 25% by way of a success fee from the damages recovered.

 

Where the claim is over £5,000.00 in value, we charge 25% by way of a success fee from the damages recovered. In addition, we recover costs from your opponent's insurers.

Probate

 

In respect of straight forward probate cases where the estate does not involve inheritance tax, we charge a probate fee of £600.00 + VAT plus a court probate fee (a specific quotation will be given once the instructions are taken and, dependent on the level of work, the fee charged may vary)

 

We generally charge on an hourly rate, in respect of probate matters involving larger estates or inheritance tax estates. You must contact us for a specific quote.

Wills

 

For most straight forward wills where the estate is of low value, our charges start at £250.00 + VAT. Please contact us for a specific quote.

 

For more complicated wills involving trust clauses or inheritance tax planning, please contact us for a specific quote.

Immigration Cases

 

For most immigration cases, our charges start at £600,.00 plus VAT. Kindly contact us for a specific quote as each case is different depending on the level of work required.

 

In respect of appeals, our charges for immigration appeals commence from £1000.00 + VAT, however, please contact us for a specific quote as each case is different depending on the level of work required.

Family Cases

 

For a straight forward non-contested divorce, our fees generally start at £600.00 + VAT plus the court fee.

For contested divorces, please contact us for a specific quote.

 

For cases involving disputes regarding financial assets and income of the parties, please contact us for a specific quote as each case is different depending on the nature and level of work required and the value of the assets and income in dispute.
